Lloyd — Lloyd TELEVISION SET NOT WORKING SINCE August 2020 | |||
Dear Sir Sir I have registered a complaint of my 39inch LED tv in AUGUST 2020 end wherein i have warranty of FIVE years and not even completed three years when broken, technician came to my house for check the problem and he founded the TV is not working, after some days I got a call from NORTH GOA LLOYD agency that they will replace my TV I said ok, now even after more than 60 days they been asking me to wait for few more days every time I called north goa Lloyd service, then they told me they are now upgrading 39inch to 43inc smart tv, and asking me to pay 16000 and that’s violation of consumer rights, company sold me product with WARRANTY so it’s their duty to provide parts and service at least till warranty end i am personally not happy about SO CALLED LLOYD SERVICE Further i request you to kindly provide me latest product so that at least parts will be available and i can repair it out side from own my money even after paying you guys because i cannot wait for six months and more every time for television service and repair Below the attached file is the invoice copy of my purchase, my registered contact for the product is [protected].
