Lloyd — poor customer service | |||
Dear Sir, I am writing this to you with full of frustration. This is in regard of poor customer service from LLOYD. I am having a top load washing machine which was having some technical issue. I raised a complaint and a representative visited and checked it. At that time machine was not making spin. He told me that there is a problem in Lid so he will order new and change it. Next day he again came and I don't know what he did. The whole machine got break down .Now he is asking to change PCB card and demanding 3k. Is this how LLOYD providing service to customer?
