Lloyd — split ac defective again and again | |||
Bought Lloyd split AC in September 2017. Initially it was fine. Sooner the display went off. I complaint to the customer care and the technician visited. The display was replaced. Free under warranty. But Oops! Just after 2 months the display went off again. Again I made a complaint and display was changed free under warranty. It went wrong third time within warranty and again in making a complaint it was changes by company free of cost under warranty. But Alas! Immediately after 10 days of warranty period being over, the same display was bad again. Later when I made a complain the technician came and advised that the display has to be changed and since it is getting faulty time and again, we have to replace the PCB as well. For this you have to pay as this is now out of warranty. I was surprised to know that if PCN was defective why it was not changed during warranty and why now just after the warranty period is over we have to change it chargeable basis. It was to be changed during under warranty at first or second instance. Later they told that we do not charge for spares but service has to be chargeable. What ridiculous?? Company should own the ongoing defect which was identified during warranty and make a free replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
