Lobocart — Money deducted from PAYTM wallet but didn't receive the product till now

Hi,

I have purchased a shoe from LOBOCART online shopping website( http://lobocart.com/) and made my payment from the PAYTM wallet. My order id is[protected] and deducted 800 rupees. Now there is neither any information about my product status nor any contact details to reach them. I have emailed them several times but sadly no reply from.
Here is my request to you that kindly guide me how to tackle with this kind of situation.
Can I go for FIR regarding this?
