[Resolved] Local Shopkeeper — complaint about shopkeeper, charging the service fees and not giving any service

Hi, This is with regards to an DTH which i had bought from a local shopkeeper on 04 apr 2014. The shopkeeper had charged me the fees for fitting it and yet the Dth is not get fitted I had called many times but he just say that he will send their vendor in today or tomorrow but yet the vendor do not came. The Information of the shop is follows :- Shop name :- SAHU MUSIC CENTER Add- SAHU BHAVAN GUJRATI BAZAR SAGAR. M.P TIN NO.- [protected] Reg. no. :- 2214/SGR/CE/92 Tel no.[protected] Mob.- [protected], [protected] I request the authorities to act immediately so the common man does not suffer any more. taking extra charge than MRP

I bought soft drinks on local shopkeepers. they took extra Rs2 on MRP. when i asked the told that it is or the cooling charge. Is it right or wrong.

The shopkeeper is selling expired goods to children, students and other consumers intentionally.
We, out of busy schedule dont see the expiry and when we complain later on, he denies.
this has led to serious health issues.
he has been warned about it many times but he pays no attention and repeats intentionally, for money.
