Hello some one posted ad on my sister's name

She is getting very bad phones and she is getting disturbed. please remove this add immediately else I will have to take legal action on this.

Also I would like to know who has posted this add on my sister's name. Please inform on urgent basis.

Please please help in this matter on top priority
