[Resolved] Lodha Group — builder fooled us by registering wrong flat number

My in laws have booked a flat in lodha golden dream project on taloja road. The site head rakesh and sales team person yuthika had shown them the road side view flat and they registered different flat. When we got to know this we confronted them about the issue. Now they are accepting the mistake and forcing us to choose another flat which we are not interested in since the actual flat which they had shown us has been allocated to somebody else. Since they are not giving us options so i asked them about the cancellation charges and they are saying that they won't refund anything.

Please look into this matter as they have invested their life time savings in this and the site head rakesh is trying to fool them.

We have done the settlement and we are happy with what we are getting now. Manager was good enough to provide us what we were looking for.

Lodha Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by rahupat369 The sales team Yuthika is talking rude and yesterday she told us that there is cancellation request for the flat which we didn't raise. They are putting all blame on their colleague and not trying to provide us better options. Is this really how lodha group works? We are so much disappointed.
