Lodha Group — Cancellation and request for refund

Hi Lodha Team,

We want to cancel our application for CRN:- 1298212 with reference to booking in Codename Smart Buy – Fresca – D 304.

We purchased a flat in the name of Supriya Mahadik and we applied for a loan with the Lodha Finance team. We paid Booking Amount 1 and 2 with our personal finance and we wanted to pay booking amount-3 using Lodha finance (L&T), However, loan could not be processed to full amount and now we want to cancel due to financial issues.

Therefore, it is not possible for us to pay for further booking amounts and hence we want to cancel our application and provide us the refund.
