[Resolved]  Lodha Group — Cash payment being asked

We have requested for NOC for Resale of flat purchased in Casa Bella Gold. Got prompt response, and documents etc. But your person mentioned that Cash Payment of 1.6L will need to be made at time of collecting NOC. I asked under which clause, and why not cheque; to which I was told it is Company Policy. Difficult to believe that reputed developer is encouraging corrupt practice. Could you have appropriately empowered person clarify this please.
