Lodha Group — cheating in allotment of car parking slot for the flat cielo-d, lodha splendora, bhayandar pada, g b road, thane west,400607 | |||
I had booked a flat in the year 2009 in then project ‘Casa Univis ‘ Ghodbunder Road, Thane West. At the time of booking we were informed that for the oerticular flat two No of parking is mandatory requirement and accordingly booking was done in September, 2009. Flat No Cielo-D, 404 was booked with initial booking value. The resistration of the flat was done in year 2012. Due to some technical and administrative deficiencies of M/Lodha the construction work of Cielo-D was stopped by Thane Municipal Corporation(TMC). The work again started in 2016 with a completion schedule of April 2918. Many of families who had booked in Cielo D got the booking changed and got their flat changed in Cielo -A of same project and possession of flat was given during[protected]. M/S. Lodha had allotted the two covered parking to all the owners as per agreement e, g (P2 2142&2142A) in P2 parking. I got the possession on 5th. Feb.2018 and a paper was handed over to me related to parking space I dictated as P2 2070 & 2070A. M/Lodha has first allotted me the car parking as per the old parking cystem i, e P2 2070 and 2070A but after visiting the parking bay it was noticed that a blank area without any markings of parking slots. This action was a cheating by Lodha. After writing to them they apologised on many occasions and promised to do marking as early as possible. In the meantime they had started putting up the hydraulic system as sample at one or two locations. I put my reservation to this and requested them to provide me as per the terms and conditions of agreement but no action was taken by M / Lodha on my genuine demand. I fail to understand how a jack system of parking is considered to be two car parking? In no case this is acceptable as I had paid the amount Rs.3, 00, 000.00( Three lakh) in the year 2009. Therefore it is requested that this matter may be resolved at earliest. Many mails have been sent to their Customer care and possession desk with escalating them to higher ups but went in vein. Hope for a reasonable solution to my case.
