Lodha Group — cluster segment blank & clock time reset to default issue & ignition off during vehicle running condition

Dear honda team,
I gave my honda hornet 160r bike for general service in lodha honda[chrompet branch] on 25/nov/17 and i have given expected delivery on 29th/nov/17, but 06/dec/17 it has delivered delayed still not resolved completely[tank lockset not fitted till now am using old tank lockset and unique ignition key.. Due to lockset part unavailability its delayed..
I have been following since last 3 months for lockset. On the date of delivery they agreed to change my lockset in 1 week of time i. E on 13th of dec. But till date it is not resolved.
I escalated this issue to lodha honda service manger also on 29/nov/17. But eventhough its not resolved.. They are saying its has been ordered 4 times, parts are not procured
Kindly confirm if honda cant able to support service parts to authorised dealer center. Then why honda is launching vehicles for the same?
Cluster went blank no segments has displayed, addtionally clock time got reset automatically. Also during running condition of vehicle ignition got off in the middle of road.
I required rootcause and failure mode of the issue
I demand that i shouldnt get any calls from service manger, i demand to get call froim gm, md or director of lodha honda
