Lodha Group — cluster segment blank & clock time reset to default issue & ignition off during vehicle running condition | |||
Dear honda team, Issue:1 I gave my honda hornet 160r bike for general service in lodha honda[chrompet branch] on 25/nov/17 and i have given expected delivery on 29th/nov/17, but 06/dec/17 it has delivered delayed still not resolved completely[tank lockset not fitted till now am using old tank lockset and unique ignition key.. Due to lockset part unavailability its delayed.. I have been following since last 3 months for lockset. On the date of delivery they agreed to change my lockset in 1 week of time i. E on 13th of dec. But till date it is not resolved. I escalated this issue to lodha honda service manger also on 29/nov/17. But eventhough its not resolved.. They are saying its has been ordered 4 times, parts are not procured Kindly confirm if honda cant able to support service parts to authorised dealer center. Then why honda is launching vehicles for the same? Issue 2: Cluster went blank no segments has displayed, addtionally clock time got reset automatically. Also during running condition of vehicle ignition got off in the middle of road. I required rootcause and failure mode of the issue I demand that i shouldnt get any calls from service manger, i demand to get call froim gm, md or director of lodha honda Thanks & regards, Surendran j Was this information helpful? | |||
