Lodha Group — Colour mismatch of flat at the time of possession

We took possession of flat number L 1001 in Casa Clara Downtown, Dombivli East on 14th Feb 2021.As per agreement the possession was scheduled on 31st December 2019, but giving reason of Covid 19 the possession of above flat was given on 14 th February 2021. i. e 14 months late.
At the time of possession we saw that their was colour mismatch in all the rooms. In every room 1 or 2 walls had different colour than the other wall of same room Also there were patches in the bedroom wall. The finishing was not fine. Also 1 AC of bedroom was not working. Hence we lodged a complaint in the PCMA office. Ms Sneha of PCMA office raised a ticket for the AC complaint but she forgot to raise a ticket for the colour mismatch complaint. When we reminded the PCMA office, they said that now the time period for raising a complaint has expired and you will have to get the colouring done by yourself.
We persuaded them and told them that it was Ms Snehas mistake and why we should bear the costs of colouring. But they bluntly refused and said that you should have come earlier for that.
My whole family had been affected by Covid 19 and hence we were unable to go out. We cooperated with you and waited for 14 more months for possession. I wish to arrange a home warming party in August 2021 and the person for AC repairing is coming on 14th August 2021 for carrying out the repairs.
I request you to send your person for removing the colour mismatch of the walls affected on 14th August 2021, so that both the works will be carried out at the same time.
I am working in an International Government Bank and my Husband is working in a MNC Hence we will be inviting many Dignatories of our professions and it will present a poor picture of Lodhas construction in front of them.
