Dear sir,
I have booked flat at lodha as of april 2014 with agreed date of possession dec 2016, but still after 3 years 8 months i have not received possession of flat.
Moreover as per agreement of sale there is grace period of 1 year which is also about to to cross on 31st dec 2017.
As per last communication now possession date is shifted to july 2018, without any compensation.
Now i am asking to terminate agreement, than lodha customer care replied that i would be charged 10% penalty, moreover refund would be paid in 12 equal emi without interest (Starting from 13th month to 24th month from date of termination of agreement), also no compensation would be paid.
Amount paid to lodha till date is 43.5 lacs inr/- in principal (Tobe refunded post termination of agreement after 31st dec 2017).
Govt fees for stamp duty and registration is 25500/- inr as of 15 may 2014
Interest paid to sbi for home loan 4 lacs inr /-
