I had booked ready to move 3 BHK flat on 13th June 2021 from Lodha for a total cost of Rs. 68, 17, 152.
The Registration was done on 22nd July 2021, post which I cleared the final outstanding amount on 27th Aug 2021.
I was being promised to get the possession within 15 days of the final clearance date which was in mid of September. After several following up in mid-September and post talking to their executive, I was given a date of 28th September for possession but later it was stated that there was a delay from their team in the possession process ( it was stated they need 15 days for the maintenance of the interior). Post several calls and talking with their customer care executive, I was being given the date of 16th October. I requested them to pre-pone the handover by 3 days on 13th Oct as I wanted to perform Puja rituals on 15th on the auspicious day of Dussehra. After several calls and follow up, they agreed to give possession on 13th Oct. But on 8th Oct I was informed that due to 'leakage in the Kitchen utility ceiling area' they had to reschedule the handover. Post this I was not intimated with any particular date.
After several calls with customer executives, I was being told to wait till I get the call from the concerned team ( No timelines were mentioned).
On 23rd Oct, I again contacted one of the executed, who stated to me that the handover will be done in the first week of Nov, but didn't give me any date.
Its been almost 2 months that I have been following up for getting possession of the flat where already I have paid 2 EMIs. I requested to let me visit the flat so that I can see it from within but it was stated that I won't be allowed to see the flat and would be allowed only post I get possession.
This is totally harassment and Fraud where i am hampered financially and mentally. Was this information helpful? |
