Lodha Group — Non Refund my Booking Amount

Respected Team,

I am Faiyaz Alam Shaikh want to inform you that after several attempt of loan procedure each bankers declined my file & gave several reason of rejection.

Finally lastly we tried with Shriram Finance by the hand of @Sandip Tiwari but again tha same was happen

" Your application has been declined from Shriram HFL too."

Since at the time of Booking the financial condition of my side I already discussed with @Ashwin Nambiar & @Divya Tejwani
i.e " I am having Fund only 10% of Agreement value and 90 % I need from banker side "

At the time of booking the sales team give me surity to make approve loan, but right know after 10 months completed the @Lodha Fincorp team said that we will not further put up your file to any bankers, since after our complete try we wouldn't provide you funding from the banker's.

Hence finally I decided that if no loan than I am not able to pay other amount from my side due to financial issue.

The case was discussed with sales person & CC team also they note down service request number 04640829

I humble Request with @Service Support team please escalate & review my concern with relative team to give me my deposited amount having Deteils Below

"" Recently their Relationship Manger Diti Wadia told me that we will initiate your booking amount refund within 2 days & you will get it refund amount within next 90 days, but now she returned their statement & make foolish me.. "

Please help me on this..
