Lodha Group — Non refunding booking amount

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 400607

Due to some personal reason, i need have to cancel my booking on lodha upper thane, and now they are not refunding the booking amount (Had words with mr hemant and ms pallavi mane at lodha).. I have informed them 2 days after the date of booking..

I also have emailed and inform them about cancellation but still didnt get any response from them.

Date of booking : 28/05/2017.
Informed about cancellation : 1/06/2017.

Loadha employes are very rude and they dnt have any manners, i have recording of same.

Please help me.
