I have booked a flat in Lodha Amara in February (Pre covid situation), also I have paid initial booking amount and registration fees. Due to covid situation I have lost my job and I have informed same thing to Lodha via email and phone still they are not cancelling my booking and not refunding my money I have paid 6 lacs rupees including registration charges. Since last 4 months I have been following up with them but they are not ready to refund.
Since I have lost my job it is difficult to survive, already drain all my savings and this money is badly needed.
Lodha people are not ready refund my amount. Pls help. It is my hard earn money and I am in need. Was this information helpful? |
