Lodha Group — refund my booking amount

We have cancelled our booking from lodha mira road project 10 days back, but the staff is misbehaving and not considering the cancellation. Also they have called and informed no refund will be made, which is not in the policy as well.
The reason for our cancellation is that project has not received cc contrary to what was claimed to us at the time of booking that cc will come in a month. So we really do not want to go ahead with this project anymore. We need our refund back immediately, even after constant follow up, staff is misleading us, misbehaving with us and it is causing lot of stress unnecessary. This is definitely not a good experience for us with lodha property.
