Lodha Group — Refund of booking amount

We are residents of Thane City, and visited Palava City on 5th Feb 2017, and in a hurry they made our booking with bookig amount of Rs.99, 000. After 1 week reading the reviews we thought of Cancelling it. We are looking for the refund of the booking amount from Lodha group now, but they are denying to do it.
They didn't told us about the forfeit of the booking amount at the time of booking.

Lodha not refunding booking amt if you want to cancel the booking. I'm also a similar victim and lost 1, 08, 000.

I am also facing exactly same issue, they told me also for central park that registration and stamp duty are free, but now they are asking for money after taking two booking amounts from me.

I m also in same situation. I have paid 90, 000/- 2 weeks ago as booking amount for Upper Thane project. A couple of days later, I informed them that I wont be able pay full cost and want to withdraw. They said, Refund wont be made and their sales team tried to convince me for some other projects like Pallava etc. Let us connect and sort this out. Because we are genuine people and if this malpractice is continued, this is total Fraud and appropriation without prior information.
