I had paid token amount rs 45000/- for building Lodha Amara on 25th Dec 2016. I had to cancel the booking for some reason and i am still waiting for the refund snce last 2.5 months. Noone is replying from Lodha Amara Group. This has been a very pathetic exp. I request you again to refund my hard earned money asap. I am also facing exactly same issue, they told me also for central park that registration and stamp duty are free, but now they are asking for money after taking two booking amounts from me.

The Lodha Amara Thane property is upcoming and is on block on invitation basis only. The design plan is pleasant and is based on ‘walk from home to office concept’
There are 4 towers spread across several acres. The entire property is under construction as yet.
Its built in a heavily residential area so the success of concept is yet to be seen
