Lodha Honda Service Center - Chrompet — Poor service - two wheeler

I booked a paid service on 21st dec for my two wheeler (Activa-i) in lodha honda service chrompet.
On 22nd dec, thursday morning 9.30 am i received the invoice and asked to pay the bill. I asked them to show my two wheeler before proceeding payment.

Problem noticed at a glance:

1. There is no water wash

I have enquired why it is not happened. Service executive admitted and asked me to wait for 10 mins to clean my bike.

I was very surprised and disappointed about the service and wait for 10 mins to clean my bike. (I am running out of my time almost 2 hours on that day to get my bike).

2. I just walked in the service area and surprisingly noticed, the service executive sprayed the polish (White color packed in water bottle) all the areas (Including both seats) in the bike instead of water wash.

Due to time constraint, i just mentioned that the service is not satisfied and paid the bill to get my bike.

3. Due to polish (White color in water bottle) applied in seats, it slippage.
I can manage somehow and travelling daily and sitting in the front seat. But when i am travelling with my family, my wife and daughter cannot sit one side in the back seat due to slippage issues.

4. I also noticed the buzzer in the indicator is not working.

Next day 23rd dec 2016, friday again i reached the service room in chrompet.

The service executive asked me to wait for 10 mins and my bike is not ready, i just walked through the service area, i noticed that the executive checking the complaint (Don't know where is buzzer available). He opened and searching. At last he asked the senior, he guide him where is the buzzer.

The service executive confirmed that the buzzer is not in a working condition and asked me to pay 90 rs to replace it.

But when i am furnishing the bike, indicator is in a very good condition (Buzzer worked, if not sound will be low). I told the scenario, at last they are searching for some other working condition buzzers in the service floor (Upstairs).

They can't found buzzer in the upstairs and then he removed the buzzer (Working) from another bike (Senior guided to remove the buzzer) and fixed it in my bike and delivered. I asked the executive whether you have done the same thing for my bike on wednesday.

1. Now the buzzer is not working.
2. Wobbling
3. Lots of sounds

Very worst

The service is very very poor...
