Dear sir i move my car from bangalore to patna by speed x packer and mover they take my car on 27 july and they promise to deliver to 3rd august but they did not deliver till now when i call and ask about my car they did not give any correct information when i call on 06 august they tell that police is catch our car plz send the documents again i send the document again when i call on 09 august they tell that now the car is in lackhnow when i call on 10 august they tell that driver number is not reached when i call on 11 august the did not lift the call when i call from other number they use dead language Was this information helpful? | |||||

Your case is serious but my friend i think you have not contacted to logisticmart support team. you can reach to contact them via toll free or email. I have also faced little similar situation but Logisticmart help me to get resolved the matter. I will again suggest you to contact their support team. Thanks

I have given contract to TCI Express Packers and movers through LOGISTICMART.COM for shifting my house hold & TVS Victor bike MH05-DC-5167, from Jagatpura, Jaipur to Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, loading of Goods has been done on[protected], and delivery date was agreed on[protected]. Total invoice amount was Rs.20, 700 ( including Rs.3, 000 for insurance and RS. 2, 700 for GST), At the time of loading I have paid Rs. 15, 000 and balance Rs.5, 700 will be paid at the time of delivery.
They refused to deliver the goods so I paid Full amount before delivery.
I received my house hold & bike on[protected] in damaged condition. They have not provided manpower for unloading and filling of bed and sofa, only driver was with the goods.

Now, I am asking them the amount of recovery claim for damaged goods around Rs.19, 000/-

I have been shifting my household things from Pune, Maharastra to Trichy, Tamil Nadu. While browsing I received your message with a few numbers. Among them was - Destination International Packers And Movers, Nigdi, Pune.
Mr. Suresh[protected] contacted me and told me the details and so it was booked him.
The consignment was shipped on May 2nd from Aundh, Pune, Maharastra. Consignment Number - 108
The payment of Rs. 24940 has been paid by electronic transfer and + Rs. 700 in cash towards insurance. The bills have been attached for reference.
Mr.Suresh informed me that the things will reach Trichy, Tamil Nadu in 4 working days. But once I did the payment I have received no tracking number of the consignment paid and shipped.
I have been trying to reach Mr. Suresh for the past 20 days and he is not picking the call. He is just cutting the calls, which is just unprofessional for such a business. The other two numbers provided in the bill is not existing ( [protected], [protected]). There is no reply to any of my messages also regarding the tracking number or the acknowledgment of the payment and the updated on the consignment.
On Thursday, May 9th, 2019, around 11 am, when I tried to speak to Mr. Suresh, he just picked up and said it will reach in two days and disconnected the call immediately without even answering the tracking number or where is the consignment now.
The website (www.destinationpackers.com) of Destination packers and movers doesn't work either is the email ID ([protected]@gmail.com) provided genuinely. Email sent to them are bouncing back.
It has been more than 20 days since I shipped my things on May 2nd, 2019 and still no update also on the tracking number or when the things will be delivered.
Please help. I'm strand as no reply from Logistic mart and Destination International Movers and Packers.
