Loksatta — Loksatta paper in scheme not recd. after 1 month of clearance of cheque

Sir, we have given cheque for starting our Loksatta paper in scheme on dt. 21-8-15 chq. no. 24910 for Rs. 699/-, which has cleared on 5-9-15, as per customer acknowledgment receipt mentioned that paper will start from 20th Sept. 15, but still today we have not recd. paper. I personally contacted your Naupada office from 28th Sept. to 3rd Oct. daily, every time it has mentioned that paper will start from next day, but sorry to say that that next day has not come. From your established organisation, it is really hurt us, that this fraud scheme you are operating, that after clearing cheque 1 month back, service has not been started, if this is the case then pl. refund our money with interest of 1 month.
