London Ortho Speciality Hospital — compressor not working
We have purchased 1.5 split ac invertor from LG SHOW ROOM AT Salem during Feb, 2017. Before completion of one year a problem has crept in and we made a complaint to your customer care. The comlaint was rectified and an assurance was given by the customer care that if any problem in the particular part araises again which will be rectified without any cost. Now the same problem has come and we called your customer care. The technician who attended the complaint told us that service charges will be levied. Paying service charges after expiry of warrenty is not the problem but the assurance given by the customer care is not maintained. So our director got annoyed and told the technician not to proceed un till the assurance given is kept. Ours is a muti speciality hospital using more than 30 a/c at our premises. For the first time we have purchased LG ac on the belief that product and service will be good. To our surprise it is not so. We have informed you our concern and looking forward your valuable reply
