5) In fact the you have, simply Cut Paste and Inserted your name in the details of our Products and are Wrongly Posing as Supplier / Vendor of our BAJAJ VACCO Products .

6) Kindly Note that this act of Selling Utterly Deceptively Similar and Misleading Products. is a Clear Cut case of Cheating and Infringement of a Popular Brand Trademark.

Such Copy of the Image of a Registered, well known Brand amounts to Infringement of our Registered Trademark and is Violation of Copy Right Act.

7) Please find enclosed herewith a Screen Shot of the Details of your self, who is Mapping and Copying our above Noted Product of our BAJAJ VACCO Products Range, which has been Infringed by Your Self M/S London Britches, a Un-Authorized Vendor.

8) Kindly be informed that we are the Proud, Exclusive and Registered Owners of the Brand BAJAJ VACCO Registered with Govt. of India for over Seven (7) Decades

9) Kindly also be informed, that we have Neither Permitted Nor Authorized any other Party to Directly or Indirectly Supply any BAJAJ VACCO Product/s to any Ecommerce Portal

10) After inquiry, we understand that M/S London Britches is Not only Un-Authorized but is Not even Having any BAJAJ VACCO Product.
