My name is Sanjay Gupta Mobile no. [protected] and had applied for MNP from Loop to Vodaphone 2 months back. I was given MNP code. Within a day or two my MNP request was rejected saying contractual obligation. I went to Loop gallery Goregaonwest near station and stopped value added services running for which contractual obligation reason was given.Again I applied for MNP which was again rejected citing outstanding bill.I paid the bill and again applied for MNP . Third time also it was rejected citing contractual obligation.Please note that I had never asked to start any value added services on my mobile which is quite obvious when you go for MNP.I had even paid extra amount so that MNP should not get rejected on the account of outstanding bill.Anyway I again went to Loop gallery and was surprised to find that value added service conference call was active on my mobile which was finally stopped.I then applied for MNP the fourth time. This time after receiving MNP code there was no response from LOOP. After 7 days I went to Vodaphone thinking this my MNP must be thru this time, however was completely shocked when I was told that again my MNP requested has been rejected citing contractual obligation and outstanding bill.Please note that I had applied for MNP on 27th and 29th I went to LOOP Gallery to find out there was value added services running and even paid extra amount so that MNP doesot get declined this time.Even then it is declined and message was not however sent to me but to Vodaphone.This is utter highhandedness and corruption on part of Loop Mobile.

    sir i am parchesing new sim card loop mobile, i have submited the doument but my outgoing call locked

      i had given request for mobile no. mobility for my mobile No. [protected], from Loop Mobile to Vodafone first they reject my request for out standing dues, which I had cleared in fact I had also paid some extra money so they can not reject the application.There after again they reject my application 2 time with one reaone that I am using some extra services from them which was false. I had talk to my relationship manager Ms. Nazma and his senior and they says that they had remove all the problem and thereby you can send your request aain which will be accepted by the company. Again today i was been told that my complain is again rejected by Loop Mobile. I was also told that the decision to shift No. mobility is under power of MNP which is body set up by Goverment of India , when I had check with MNP offfice at Gurgaon they told that such statement is totally wrong from Loop mobile they do not look after any of such issue. It is Loop mobile who do such thing becuase they knows that their service are poor if the allow freely, then most of client will look for shift option.

      Now I wanted help from people who can help me with this situation.

        Hi,
        I am using Loop mobile(Dus ka Gang) since last three years. Now i want to change my service provider and so i asked loop mobile to port me out from their network. When i called them, they said that i have to be in their 'Base Plan' for 90 days. I don't understand why do i have to be in base plan for 90 days before i can move out?
        I am not changing the operator when i am coming to Base Plan, i am just changing my plan, i should be allowed to port out immediately without any compulsory period. And it should be applicable even if i am using Dus ka Gang.
        I have never signed any contract stating this new rule and if this rule is applicable then this should not be applicable for old user and only be applicable who are taking new connection.

        Can you please look into this matter and let me know what should i do?

          .i wanted to change my plan from 50p per minute to 1p per second. For that i called up the call centre, and the information provided to me was that on Recharge of Rs.36, i will get Rs.26 for Talk time and 1p per second plan will get activated for lifetime. I re confirmed the information today and then i recharged it with 36.
          After the recharge, I got a balance of Rs.26, but the plan remained the same. i again called up the call centre and asked them about the recharge, they said it will take time and wait for an hour and then use it.
          when I called after 6 hours, still my plan was the earlier one. This time when i called them back, they said that the Rs.36 recharge is for new customers and not for existing Customers.
          Kindly help in what is to be done.

            This Complaint is in regards with the Mobile Numebr Porting request that is been rejected from the service provider named Loop Mobile. Due to worst network coverage and bad service i was on the urge to switch the service provider to Idea Cellular and did completed all the required MNP formalities and also got a call from the Loop retention Team against which i strictly sticked to my decision of switching over to Idea Cellular. I had initiated the MNP formalities on 19th of May 2011 and had been instrcuted that it will take 7 business days to switch over to the new Service Provider and wherein this is the 10 business days and still there were no confirmation from loop permitting me to switch over which is being unecthical is against the current MNP Direction law that had been passed on 24th May 2011 by the TRAI.

            I did called up the Loop Network Customer Care Executive wherein which they denied me of permitting to switch over to Idea and they gave me the reason stating that if we have to switch to any another service provider by retaining the same number then we should have activated Basic Plan of their for 90 days after which it is possible to port over to any other service Provider. Basic Plan means wherein all the Calls or SMS irrespective of Local or National would be charged at 1 Rupee as instrcuted to me by the customer Care Executive Mr. Shailesh Nelkunde (Pune Office as ststed by him).

            I would request you to take a stern actions against such act breakers who instead of acting for the betterment of the public, they are acting against the people and are trying to exploit the uncompetent people by bring in or implementing ridiculous clauses against the will of the common people.

            i am hoping that i would be justified and with this judgement it will bring cheers to many.

            Looking forward for a positive reponse.

            Loop Mobile — rejection of MNP

            I have applied for MNP from LOOP MOBILE to VODAFONE.
            LOOP MOBILE is rejecting MNP on flimsy and varied excuses.
            If MNP is a consumer right, LOOP MOBILE should be taken to task for rejecting it.There should be a detterent to ensure they do not harass consumers.
            Repeated Rejection of MNP requests by LOOP MOBILE :

            Loop Mobile has been continuously rejecting my porting requests to VODAFONE for varied and vague reasons. This has happened twice already, and their customer service executives are bold and adamant enough to say that they will not allow me to port under any circumstances.

            MNP is the right of every mobile phone subscriber, and therefore the culprit ie. Loop Mobile should be dealt with severely under the Consumer Rights Protection Act.

                I am BPL Loop mobile user number [protected].

                hi buddy have registered me on your network from I don’t know where. I never asked for your service.

                hi buddy is not providing me any service. I am not receiving any calls or sms from hi buddy.

                But hi buddy is deducting money from my account from I don’t know like past 4 or 5 months.
                Some time you deduct 10 Rs. sometime 15 Rs. What the fish.
                Don’t hi buddy have a standard rates on cheating someone.

                I never keep the track of the balance deduction last month I had launched a complaint against the call center.

                The docket numbers are as follows:

                [protected]:39:31 AM DOCKET NO DOC-SR[protected] hi buddy cancelation request.
                [protected]:44:34 AM DOCKET NO DOC-C[protected] hi buddy refund request.
                [protected]:20:03 AM DOCKET NO DOC-SR[protected] hi buddy cancelation request.

                But the service was enabled again and this time also the monthly amount was deducted by hi buddy.

                What the hell is wrong with hi buddy.
                hi buddy think no one will know and you will take all the customers money by force.

                Haven’t hi buddy seen I am not using there services or doing anything related to them
                hi buddys no sms is being delivered to my contact.

                Then on what basis hi buddy is charging me.

                hi buddy is cheating me
                How can hi buddy bill someone and take the money also on their own without intimating the end user.

                I need answers….

                  My mobile network provider is not able to provide me with proper reolution my prblem.
                  frm last one month am lodging complients in loop mobile(BPL) for invalid service which get automatically renew in my number.The service operator takes my complient and ask me opoligies and refund my account.BUt again and again they start the service in my number and deduct money from my account.
                  So its my request to please stop the unwanted stuff and stop deducting money from my account.

                      1) My Name is Vishal Pakhare, my Father Pandurang Dattu Pakhare purchase one sim card of Loop Mobile in 2008-09. They submitted all required documents. In Jan 2011 due to some service issue we call Loop Mobile Executive for my issue, that time mobile executive told me this sim is not register in your Father name (Mr. Pandurang Dattu Pakhare.) We already given complaint in Loop mobile store, but not geting any response form there end.

                      2) On 12th May 2011 we saw in my Fathers mobile [protected] Rs 5 is deducted, we given one complaint in customer care, but they not provided any resposnce. Finally 18th May 2011 custome care executive told me your complaint is register in over side this facility will be disactive on 20th May 2011, but still this service is not disactivate form there end. Every day they deducted my account for Rs 5, then after call they refunded my money, but 24th May 2011 me not call to customer care so they not refunded my money.As per there side problem they can refund me money, i am totally unhappy with this Loop Mobile service provider.

                      I am totally unhappy with this servioce provider so please lodge my complaint agaig this Loop Mobile serive provider & get some penalty to loop mobile service provider & give that due to giving me this problem.

                        the service provider name LOOP MOBILES claims to be the number one network but they cheat the consumer by charging unwanted charges and the customer care also does provided poor required information and also do not talk properly. in my case they activated the caller tune by making the call and by just picking up the call the caller tune is selected and charges are deducted My cell no is [protected]

                            When I ask to the loop mobile customer care "which is the good Internet plan supports my iPhone 3G", they suggest mi69 wap plan for my phone. I did it and 69 rupees deducted from my account.! Then I call again at loop mobile customer care for net settings then they told me that my iPhone 3G does not support their mi69 wap plan please activate any GPRS plan. I told that I don't want any benifit from you just refund my money back to my account, they said they can't return. I told them I have no extra money for activate other plan, please give me that money then I will activate other plan. They didn't. I did everything they told me, but nothing is happen. I really lost my computer contract because I couldn't sent my important mail.

                            Your office have deducted Rs.89/= towards internet service on my mobile No.[protected] on 14-06-11. However till today internet is not started on my above mentioned mobile No. I have send SMS on 50505 for sending SETTINGS where I received return SMS from your office stating visit www.loopmobilein.Kindly look into the matter and start internet on my mobile immediately.
                            Again loop mobile giving wrong service to me. now its about Number Portability. [protected] its my prepaid number and which the loop mobile tell it Postpaid (Loop Mobile's Straight lie) to vodafone. Its coz my portability plan was get canceled.
                            Its really upset me from last 25 days.

                              Loop mobile is a pathetic service provider. I have lost nearly rs 200 on unfair balance deduction from my mobile. These days i'm losing rs1 many times a day for something i am not even aware of and the costumer care is the most pathetic. They refuse to provide any help whatsoever.

                              DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE MANY BETTER OPTIONS, IN FACT ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IS BETTER THAN THESE CHEATS!
                              I had recharged my no. [protected] by INR 222 today noon. and athen gone for sms pack of 27. But 54 got deducted. When called at customer care. they say that the server is down n system is getting updated and all things. After calling 5 times at last they told me the reason that the package got renewed. the amount that was deducted was twice the actual amount. when asked to take the complaint the agents say they cannot launch the complaint and the amount cannot be refunded. please help me i am a lower middleclass person and even 27 Rs is a amount for me. the agents who wasted my time for the cause were Dhiraj/Niraj, Sher ali, Arjun, Dharmendra and some senior. Please help me with my money.

                                I had applied to port out from Loop Mobile to Vodafone maintaining my present Mobile Number.
                                I have this Mobile Number for more than 10 years and my personal & business friends have my this number.
                                Twice my request has been rejected on ground of " Contractual Obligation" with out specifying the same and remedial action that I should take.
                                Loop Mobile has RS 2000 deposit in my account and I had paid my bills and deposited RS 50 Excess amount.

                                My compant to Mobile Assist and also to Nodal Officer was of little help!

                                I request TRAI to make rules simple and monitor Mobile Service Providers for smooth number portability.

                                  For my wife's mobile no.[protected] of Loop Mobiles, I recharged the same through ICICI Bank's net-banking with Rs.25/- on 11.05.11.
                                  The recharge was confirmed vide an SMS on the same unit, but the balance did not show any amount. This morning, in response to my yesterday's online complaint with Loop's website, I was informed by a lady that this amount was nullified as there was a scheme just for a day where a recharge of Rs.25/- will give a talk time worth Rs.50/-. Myself and my wife are senior citizens and do not spend our time on mobile excessively.
                                  We feel sad that Loop are interested in earning Rs.25/- unduly, rather than having a long time relationship with a customer (of whatever category, a chatterbox or quieter one!).
                                  I wonder if you can do something about this subject. I would prefer to be refunded Rs.25/- rather than continue with Loop!

                                  If you want to be fair to us, just recharge the mobile with Rs.25/-! (Please understand that generally senior citizens do not talk too much on phone).
                                  Furthermore, the recharges through net-banking are not used for any of the specific schemes!

                                    i have been a loyal customer since many years and have been using loop mobile but since last 8 months loop has been charging me an advance rental of about 2 months every month , my call charges are almost nothing n hardly exceed RS 40 n the company has been generating a bill of 330 every month !!! finally i have been trying to call the customer care n even sm regional manager VISHAL DINGRE who was providing all lies!!!!! my last month bill showd a bill of 330 i askd him d reason n he said it is an advance tariff for an entire year. so i obliged and now dis month again der is a bill off RS 330 generated whr my call charges r juss RS 37 wch suggests an advance tariff rental !!!! i almost done wid loop bt dis is purely extracting money from people and testing one s patience

                                      Why Loop is automatic activate VAS on my SIM.Yesterday when I topup my sim with Rs.100/-, my sim card got avtivated with WAP 89 pack.Whereas I have already sent them sms of deactivating same pack on 26th April 2011.While speaking to LOOP CC I was told that I have not send any sms.And same service is not supported on my iPhone also so there is no point of activating such a service.There is no sense of doing such a activation on sim without customer interest.Since I have applied for PORT OUT I have been facing so many issues with LOOP.
                                      Next dat my balance git deducted by Rs.89/-

                                      And when I have requested for PORT OUT, they are not relasing my number.Everytime when I am calling LOOP CC I get different answer.
