About 3 months ago i bought for first time this new product and i was very happy - it suited perfectly my skin (I will be 65 in november)! After i finished the jar i purchase second one (This time with radiance re-activating serum). What a disaster!!! The colour wasn't rosy at all, but orange, my face looked like a carrot and the texture was more like foundation, not like a cream! I an not l'oreal customer any more and i would like to have full refund!!! Very unhappy!!! The number at the back is 28r501 Was this information helpful? | 
I purchased L’Oréal Excellence cream Dark Brown but when I mixed the contents it is very hot. The tin became very hot with bubbles see the below pics.
There is a problem in the mix,
