I use 2 packs of hair dye blonde stockholm, i'm a natural blonde, and my hair became a kind of red instead of blonde. I wrote emails to l'oréal customer care, i have their registration no[protected], was an employee named sadaf, who it seems that didn't transferred my emails as to his superiors as i asked him and his responses were incomplete, most of his responses wasn't related with my query, or he avoid to respond me at subject.
