, Sir, I have visited L'Oreal spa at Bidar, karnataka 15 days back, 6 th or 7 th of Nov. Staff their advised me to have hair color which will last for 4 to 6 months for a charge of rs. 3000/- . I had. But first instance itself coloring was not proper. I complained. Next day they applied color once again . But at least 15 days color not remained and again I have to go for coloring. For color lasting for 15 days I can go for other cheaper products, why the great L'Oreal?. Either the staff misleading customers telling that color lasts for 6 months or using cheap products of other companies. Kindly look in to the matter. Only one male hair cutter whose behavior is very rude and service is very poor.
When I asked him to get my hair cut as I want, he just told that I will do my own job. Who the hell are you?Do you understand too much?
