Lot Mobiles — had to pay extra amount due to executive improper knowledge.

Dear supporting team,

I bought vivo v11 pro from one of your stores located at d. No.[protected]/3, shop 4 ground floor, allipuram ward, danagardens, visakhapatnam 530020 and thought of paying money using no cost emi option.

I heard that no cost emi option mostly available for 3 and 6 months installment plan only and discussed the same with executive before buying it.

While buying, vivo executive and vivo sales manager motivated me that no emi cost is available for 9 months tenure and they billed accordingly with confidence.

Due to their improper knowledge, i had to pay 14% interest in rupees rs 1478/- to the bank additionally from my pocket. Disgusting situation and very dissatisfied.

They didn't even realize it after bill generated (Inv. No. Si/vzg4/2874) with clear info on it and when i questioned, they simply tried to convince like no much difference in it.

As there is no use arguing and amount was already deducted from credit card, i just stopped and took the mobile.

Could you please look into this issue and do the needful as it is fault from store end.
