Lot Mobiles — I bought a new mobile but it is not working at all

I bought a New Nokia Mobile From Lot store but the mobile is not working Properly I.e..Battery is draining Frequently and when it is kept for charge it is heating up like a hell...I dont understand why this is happening i tried out few steps of Nokia service center but still the problem remianed same and it is working as a Second hand device... when i went back to the Store Regarding this they are not Responding to me properly..Iam very disappointed due to this
