I have purchased the lava a97 ips mobile yesterday and in the evening i was going through the accessories that are provided and found that the ear phones are not working and now when i reach the lot mobiles show room located near satyam theatre, ameerpet the executives there give the answer that i need to go to the service provider for that its only one day and they are asking me to go to service provider this is not at all acceptable and also this should be taken care while you are purchasing the product from the service provider. I am completely un satisfied with the service that has been provided,
