Lotto Sport — no solution provided for sole issue

Hi

I purchased lotto shoes article f8l 4954-010 from Karnal lotto company outlet on 19 may. In just less than one month it's sole is cracked from several sides, when I complained this @ shop, Mr pawan took my complaint and gave me a complaint receipt but after 4 days he refused to help me regarding solution, this is my worst experience with lotto, need replacement for my shoe.

Urgent solution required to my problem as already 5 days gone I have submitted my shoes @ same shop I have purchased, lotto store, Kunjpura Road, Karnal, I have a huge circle and I will never recommend lotto product to any of my friend if no solution provided to me, please take this on priority and resolve my issue asap.
