Dear I bought ur anti ageing full range.my skin is oily..after using I hv got more acne...Sales executive, while selling, said no side effects 'll b dere I hv spent 2500/- on it.Lotus company claims money refund..I want my money back.These cremes hv spoiled my face.acne are aggravated...All false claims..no difference is dere. Need money back.

not able to trace status of online order

for ordr no. 9235 no update is availabe. not able to contact cutomer care. please update the delivery status of the product.

The sales person did not bother to ask for the age of the person and when my husband asked for a gift they gave an anti aging cream... later when we said we want to return it... they tried to upsell providing white glow product
.. when we said .. wr do not want to pay any extra money... they have taken the money and the product ...
