Two days ago i bought a lotus herbals lip lush. The shopkeepers said it was newly launched and i bought it. But to my surprise the 1/3 of the lip balm was not coming out. I dont know what to do with it now. If the authorities are seeing this i request you to replace my product. It cost me ₹145. And i can not use it in this state. I am also attaching photos.
