I refer to this Lotus Hospital situated at Pimple Saudagar. I have two concerns.
1. For OPD patients, everyone is given the same slot for doctors appointment. So the place gets crowded right in the beginning. I have overheard several other patients telling the reception the same thing. Dr X & mention of same time as given appointment
2. For doctors who sit on first floor, there's no patient management system in place. Everyone who wants to meet the doctor is just asked to go to first floor, without telling them at what number in queue they should enter the doctors cabin. e, g, I was told to go to first floor and after than within a minute the reception sent 2 more patients to first floor for the same doctor. I had to intervene and let them know that I am first already waiting in queue.
So better time management and better queue management is desired by this hospital for their OPD. Was this information helpful? |
