Hello everyone
I'm param nimawat. I recharge my mobile number on 29 oct 2016 but unfortunately recharge was failed but payment was debit to my bank account. I submit my my complaint. Customer excutive said that if you recharge failed payment is credit in your account within 7 working days. I wait.
After 7 working i check my bank statement amout was not credit. I again call to max get more customer care number. They said that please 4 working days because we have lot of work right now. I wait.
After 4 working days. I again call to customer care. Now i register my complaint. Complaint number - [protected]. They said please again 7 working days. Our team will work on this issue. I wait again 7 working days.
After that my refund is not done. I call again. This time i'm very angry. Customer excutive said that please mail us [protected]@maxgetmore.com i mail many time but reply not received. I ask them on twitter but where is also reply not received. It's completely fake site. I'm totally trouble from this issue. Guys please do not use this app. I also attach a screen shot of mail.
