[Resolved]  L&t Finance — check bounces

Respected sir,

Mysel[censored]day and i have taken bajaj pulsar 150 in september 2017 holding loan no:3415052. I know that i didn't pay on time and i have been charged for bounces for 3 or 4months. For bounce charges i crebited extra money in my account and it's got deducted 350 everytime for 6 times within 3days. But still i get calls to pay bounces charges nearby branch or agent. Later i have my remaining bounce charges are 2k apprx.

I have been instructed to pay the emi from paytm as well but didn't mention that there will be bounce charge even if i pay one day before as well. Now it has been increased to 4.5k which is more than my monthly emi (3204). Which i can't afford in my present situation.

Contacted customer support to raise complaint but not able to connect. Whenever i call them it says agents are busy, it holds for some time and disconnects the call.
