[Resolved]  L&t Finance — emi's are hitting my account

Hi Team,

This is Ganesh from Bangalore. I have availed a used car loan from Family credit ltd. (I heard that the this was acquired by L&T finance).

Below are my loan details:

Product: AUTO LOAN USED

As per my knowledge, I have closed this loan by paying all the EMI's. But still I am getting the EMI hit on my ICICI account which in result will be affecting my cibil score.

If they are any pending charges are there or if something is there you can communicate with me through mail or through phone. But till now I haven't received any mail or any call. I tried to contact the people from Visakhapatnam branch but no one answered the call.

So request you to kindly send me a mail with details so that I can understand and close this ASAP.
