Hi I have applied for a hoe load and I am being pressurized to take insurance from Kotak as package, which I don't want to. I don't want to take any insurance at this point. Who do I contact to help me resolve this issue immediately. The overall amount appears to be more than that offered by other banks, so I would like to back out in that case. The advantage that I saw on going with L&T was their lesser rate of interest which I thought was advantageous to me. But now I see that this is a way they use to extract money. Even after repeated request not to force the insurance on me, they didn't take cognizance.
