Date of incident-16/11/2018 Client number-[protected] One lady is taking following up with me for my bike noc. I am busy in my own work so i am not able to collect it from l&t finance's office, so i told that lady that it's your responsibility to delver my noc to my postal address. This is the issue and the lady from l&t started arguing with me and suddenly she dismissed call. This is the way to talk with customers? Does she have manners who to talk with customer?
