I am trying to get the loan statement form many days. The website doesnot have a customer login. Where do you expect the customers to get their statements. The call center number does not work properly. Send me the complete statement for the account. Account number : BLRHL15000512. Please let me know if you guys need any more details from me. If this is the level you make you customers life easy then will never come back to you guys again. Better fix the website so that customers can get their details online. Was this information helpful?
