At the time of bounce our ecs payment against 2 wheeler vehicle loan, nobody contact us immediately or no any message regarding same on registered mobile no. Immediately. At the end of the said period, customer care person contact us and pressurised us to make the payment at any cost. That time we are ready to pay the fine with the installment. After bounce the ecs payment, the customer service person has to be contact us immediately to make the payment before the said period with all details like as address of service centre or details of online payment.
