[Resolved]  L&t Finance — non recovery of emi

I have a loan for purchase of motor bike which loan a/c number is 3971580, emi amount is rs. 8676/-. Emi date is 1st day of each month, in the name of malay kanti halder. 1st emi amount was deducted from my bank account. But 2nd emi was not deducted which date was[protected] in spite of available fund in my account. Today one message is received with a remarks ecs has been returned un paid and request for cash payment.
Please intimate reason for ecs return and how i will paid and which account number.
