This is to informing you that i (Mr. Gandham suryanarayana muthy, *agreement
No. 4502642*) was taken two wheeler loan from your l&t finance on january
2019.
I am paying regularly emi's from my salary account without fail.

When i was taken loan on that i got a call from your customer care i asked
One of your customer care executive that please extend the monthly emi due
Date because i am based on my salary only some times it may late of
Salaries that time my cheque bouns will be happen and my cibil score will
Be effect but he din't do that.
Every month i was receive a message alert for emi due date but this month i
Did not get any message or call regarding this emi due date i was busy in
My personal issues and due to vinayaka chavithi (Ganesh chaturdi) & sunday
Our salaries credited on 3rd of this month in my a account otherwise it
Will be done on 01st of every month.

I have sufficient balance in my account dated on 03.09.2019 and this is the
Same due date of my emi.

But i got debited rs, 413/- (Rupees: four hundred and thirteen only)
(04/09/2019 ecsrtnchg030919_sr[protected] dr. 413.00)

This is to informing you that i was send a mail to your customer care and spoke to one of your executive regarding my ecs bouns ccharges. My salary credited on 3rd of this month that is my due date of every month i asked him for reversal of my money he said to me mail to customer care.
I was send a mail to your customer care with all details why this was happend and etc.
After that also i got this reply.

I requesting you that please return my money back in my account there is no defect from my end.

Please check previous mail also.
