Respected sir, I m. Gopala krishna, customer in lthfl hyderabad and my housing loan account no: hydhl18000151 & customer id: 201834, disbursement date is 17th march 2018. Since from the date of disbursement i am paying the emi regularly without due or bounce since march 2018 date to till date at the time of loan sanctioning the company representative explained that, soon i will receive a welcome kit from the company with sanction letter but still not yet received sanction letter and welcome kit so requesting to issue the above documents so, that i can submit the documents in to my office.
