With due respect, I, like to inform you that I had purchased some items on 5/5/2020 with payment Rs. 4606.72(four thousand six hundred six) by online transaction at online seller LT Online Store, Wholesaler in Mumbai, Maharashtra (https://ltonlinestore.com) . But till there is no any steps for delivery/cancelling or refund of paid amount for prepaid online order . I also mailed (from [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@Ltonlinestore.in ) & had sent letter but no any response.It resembles that the LT Online Store may be fraud/fake online seller.

Now I request you to take necessary actions for the above subject matter quickly.For taking necessary actions, suitable documents are attached below.
