I've placed the order on 19th Feb, for Netgear nighthawk router R8000 and chose a faster delivery via air and paid for it too. It's been 40days and counting and all I've got is a faulty tracking number in one email. Your customer service number is always busy, very convenient to do when you have a landline number.
I've mailed you 3 to 4 times without even one reply these 40days.
Because of LT cartridge my money is stuck ₹19, 582.10/- and I'm not able to buy any other router also.
