LT Online Store — order status stuck on processing for four months - unable to reach anyone

Address:Gr.17, Podar Chamber, Store Lane, Near RBI Bank, Fort, Mumbai 400001

Ordered & made payment for two items on march 30, 2020
1. Dell 18.5 inch monitor, d1918h
2. 3mtr hdmi cable, pvc, black

There is a message in contact us section stating
"important message no customer care due to corona-virus - due to covid 19, delivery of parcel may be delayed 1 to 2 months."

When there is no customer service why are they taking the orders.
I have moved to different city and unable to update my shipping address
No option to cancel the order
Even if i cancel the order, there is no guarantee that refund will happen as there is no one responding for emails & phone calls.

Finally I see the change in status. It changed from Processing to Shipping. I wanted to change shipping address but there is no support to assist.
