LT Online Store — pathetic service, no product & no refund | |||||
I had ordered a motherboard from www.ltonlinestore.com on 24/07/2018 for rs.4, 430.90 (Including tax and shipping cost). They were not dispatching the item even after a week from the date of purchase so i emailed them asking why are they not sending the item. Then they replied they need an additional amount of rs.1711 as the product cost increased. This is a major fail from their service 1. Asking additional amount after purchase 2. Not informing me about this until i asking them. Still, i asked them how to pay the additional amount no reply from their side. So i told them to refund the amount that i paid. Still no reply from their side. I tried calling them on phone and whatsapp still no response from their side. What should i do next?? I am adding the conversation that i made with them.
